Our Ferments

Jalapeño Kimchi
Ingredients: cabbage, daikon radish, carrot, onion, ginger, garlic, jalapeño, apple, gochugaru, sea salt
Our vegan Jalapeño Kimchi features a unique addition of jalapeños to the traditional heat flavors of ginger and gochugaru pepper. It is on the spicy side. We love it on tamales, pizza, tacos, salads — or really on everything!

Signature Kraut
Ingredients: cabbage, carrot, garlic, juniper berry, caraway seed, lemon, sea salt
Here is the classic German style with a signature citrus tang. Eat this by itself, throw in on top of a salad bowl, or squeeze it between two slices of rye with some pastrami & swiss cheese for an incredible revolutionary rachel sandwich.

Smoky Garlic
Ingredients - cabbage, jalapeño, variety of smoked peppers & smoked sea salt
Grilled Hot Dogs just became a gourmet food !!! We love mixing this one into all kinds of sauces, marinades and spreads. Try a little mixed into some cream cheese and spread onto a fresh bagel from Sunrise Bakery !

Golden Kraut
Ingredients: cabbage, carrot, turmeric, ginger, black pepper and sea salt
This is so good alone as a side salad drizzled with a little balsamic vinegar or just add it to a larger salad.

Lemon Dill
Ingredients: cabbage, carrot, lemon, dill seed, sea salt
This is one of our ferments we love to use to make a vinaigrette for our salads. Just use a good portion of the lemon dill kraut as the acid to mix with a good amount of olive oil. It doesn't often last long enough to make a salad, as it's so good to just eat right out of the jar.

Naked Kraut
Ingredients: cabbage, sea salt
The people at market have spoken and we have delivered Grandma's hand made kraut with just cabbage and sea salt. This is the crunchy, fresh and tangy kraut you remember, not like that soggy stuff in the grocery store soaked in vinegar!

Curtido
Ingredients: cabbage, jalapeño, carrot, onion, garlic, cilantro, cumin seed, oregano, lime, sea salt
We love this Curtido on pupusas, tacos, burritos or try it mixed in with an avocado for a premium guacamole. A pint of this could be your salsa starter !
