Lacto-Fermented Curry Cauliflower

I am borrowing Farm-Steady's recipe for this ferment that should just take 3 days to produce some tangy pickled cauliflower full of probiotics. For this recipe we threw in one jalapeño pepper with a head of cauliflower, along with the spices Farm Steady recommended: Curry Powder, Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cayenne and some garlic cloves with a 3.6% salt brine.
