You are receiving this email because you have signed up for our Counterculture Member Share Program to receive a box of ferments once per month.  We are grateful for your support and encouragement to keep fermenting vegetables! 

We have a lot of the regular ferments to choose from (Smoky Garlic Kraut, Jalapeno Kimchi, Golden Kraut, Lemon Dill Kraut and more) along with these seasonal options:

  • Red Miso Kimchi (made with 75% Napa cabbage)
  • Smoky Garlic Dip (cream cheese, sour cream, fresh garlic)
  • Curtido
  • Carrot Cumin Kraut
  • Habanero Carrot Hot Sauce
  • Spicy Honey Mustard
  • Seaweed Kimchi
  • Fire Cider

The next member share will be available to Pick-up at our Fermentation Kitchen location on Friday, October 10, from 9 am to 1pm. 

Other options for pick-up include at the Sunday Lexington Farmer's Market on Southland Drive from 10am - 2pm

Member share pick-up is always the 2nd Friday of the month.
