at The Whippoorwill Festival where you learn Skills for Earth-Friendly Living

We've agreed to do a Fermentation workshop for the Whippoorwill Festival on Saturday morning from 10am to noon. You will learn basic fermentation skills and learn why these skills are important for our gut and community health. Will bring some cooked foods to sample using our ferments and our Jalapeno Kimchi will be served at dinner on Saturday night!
