Spicy Lacto-Fermented Mustard

Inspired by the list of fermented condiments over at Insane in The Brine, we are excited to put under the brine today some of their recommended ingredients for a lacto-fermented spicy mustard sauce. We dared to just add one habanero because we know the brown mustard seeds to already bring a lot more spice than the yellow. We will update this post when we get to sample the final ferment in 30 days.
